New factory: ZHUHAI SHICHANG METALS FACTORY LTD

Maxchief has recently increased its production capacity by building a new factory, “ZHUHAI SHICHANG METALS FACTORY LTD”, on land measuring 190,000 m2 located in Zhuhai in the province of Guangdong in China. Five plants have been built and the construction of three more plants is planned for next year. The head office and part of the production will remain in its original centre, “DONGGUAN SHICHANG METALS FACTORY LTD”, in Changan, Dongguan, China.

The new production facility in Zhuhai has been designed from the foundations on an extensive plot of land without any construction. This has allowed buildings, their location and materials to be designed, focussing on the “production process”, making the entire project contingent on production. Maxchief’s long-standing experience in streamlining production processes, together with the freedom afforded by Zhuhai to start from scratch (architecturally speaking), have resulted in revolutionary facilities. The best in Asia in the production of blow moulded polyethylene furniture and possibly the world in terms of capacity, quality, efficiency and productivity.
